“Shared Sorrow : Condolence Meeting at District Court Complex, Baramulla, in Memory of Shri Utam Chand Shukla, Father of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Kumar” Judge High Court of J&K and Ladakh (Administrative Judge District Baramulla).
Today on 16.11.2023, in the serene confines of the Conference Hall District Court Complex here at Baramulla, a poignant and heartfelt Condolence Meeting transpired at 1300 hrs. The purpose was solemn: to pay homage and grieve the unexpected and the sad demise of Shri Utam Chand Shukla, the esteemed Father of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Judge High Court of J&K and Ladakh (Administrative Judge District Baramulla).

The Principal District & Sessions Judge of Baramulla, Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Malik Presided over this gathering. With profound empathy, he extended heartfelt condolences on behalf of all present, conveying deep sympathies to the grieving family, particularly to the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Kumar. This assembly comprised not only Judicial Officers but also dedicated staff members, symbolizing the unified support and solidarity of Baramulla’s legal fraternity towards the bereaved family in this trying period.

During the meeting, the Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla, expressed heartfelt Condolence offering comforting words and acknowledging the immense loss experienced by the grieving family. He specifically addressed the profound impact felt by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Kumar, recognizing the profound void left by the departure of his beloved father.
